Walking – Breathing – Present

I feel whole when walking, every part of me is working together to get to where we are going., I’m not alone yet I blend into my surrounding, each person going about their day so fast others would probably pass me. Yet I walk slow, that’s how I can see the good things and feel the love around me.

I need to keep moving to feel safe and happy and for my family I want them to be able to see me as happy walking towards them, even when I had a bad day or was tired. slowly breathing in slowing breathing out enjoying each breath.

Walking is a great way to spend time with yourself and just think about everything, After all, we are never really alone, we have people around us. People who care about us and love us. So why not enjoy the walk?
